PAYPAL allows the Supersound Band to accept credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards, and more for your students band fees and expenses.
All payments are made online and in a secure manner using the PayPal website.
Each member of the SuperSound Band has an account managed by our Booster treasurer, Vicki Upman. Any monies earned through fund-raising, direct payments, or a parent’s work in the concession stands will be deposited into this account. Fees will be deducted from this account. Mrs. Upman sends out monthly account statements via email (preferably) or snail mail to keep parents informed of their balances.
Monies credited to the account are not payable in cash, but may be applied to one or more of the following band related fees: Band Fees, Band trip fees, or to purchase or replace uniform or uniform accessories for which the student is responsible. These monies are maintained by the Boosters in a separate account exclusively for the students. Students and parents are given opportunities during the year to earn monetary credit for their child’s account through several fundraising avenues. The best way to stay informed about fundraising opportunities is to attend Band Booster Meetings! We will also keep an updated schedule of events on the web site.

HOW DOES THE SUPERSOUND BAND FUNCTION financially?
BAND FEES. WHY????
There is a $300.00 band fee for this school year. Our rationale for such a fee: we believe our students
deserve a quality band program, and it would be impossible to have the type of program everyone envisions without these additional
resources. Band members will also need to purchase a pair of band shoes for $25. Color Guard members will need to purchase their
shoes and uniform.
