$200.00 ($240.00 for parents 2 to a room)

March 26th, 27th, and 28th

3) 2 Nights in Hotel

4) Bus Trensportation

5) Possible Underground Mall on Saturday Night

$25.00 Reservation Fee due FEBRUARY 3rd!!!! Non-refundable unless the trip gets cancelled.

ALL BAND FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE WE LEAVE FOR ATLANTA!

If you have band fees unpaid for 2009 marching season you have many dates available to pay off those fees!

If you are in Solace or your child is in Solace you too have a lot of opportunities to raise funds for your fees. Remember to look at the days before registering and do not sign up for a practice or performance date.

Sign up through CHARMS.
All workers earn $25 towards their students accounts.

Please note, if you work the Civic Center, you must be willing to serve beer, run the cash drawer, be trained on the booths paperwork and cash counting.

When you register for these events please place behind your name if the $25 is to be credited to a Band, Color Guard or Solace account.

Students who are 18 can work at the Civic Center. You must come prepared to work and be professional and respectful to the parent/adult workers.
